never ever shop here literaly go anywhere else ....

I was very excited to try this place out as they are just about to open a brand new one around the corner from my house but I soon became very disappointed. I ordered a car battery online and read that they install them for you at the store. That on top of the 10% discount offered online had me all set to give a 5 star rating. That was of course until I showed up and encountered the sales rep who ripped my battery cable and then told me there was nothing she could do for me. I was beyond myself so of course I asked for a manager who was not present, but proceeded to tell me and my wife that our stock Toyota parts were cheap after market replacement and that's why they separated. Mind you, he is telling me this over the phone without having seen it in person and completely trying to cover for his employee who was ill trained instead of trying to take care of his paying customer.
Needless to say I had to drive away angery and disappointed and take it to a mechanic to fix. I would not recommend this store to anyone.
