    I ABSOLUTELY love the environment here. The staff is very motivating and friendly, professional atmosphere and wonderful training sessions. I have done things I never thought I could do in terms of my weight loss and built some muscle in places I didn't know I had it. I was scared at first because I was a bit overweight but these trainers quickly made me feel at home and everyone was very supportive!
